Shannon started in recruitment in the animal health industry in 2006. Next to rugby and getting out on the water when he can, it’s what he loves to do.

It makes sense, given his curiosity for what makes people ‘tick’ and that he’s a true people-person. He’s passionate about helping people who, he says, make him feel as though his job is to talk to friends all day long.

As S8’s Managing Director, Shannon understands that recruitment is much more than putting bums in seats. It’s about finding the people who ‘complete’ your team. Those you trust and can collaborate with – and share a laugh with, too.

An experienced specialist, Shannon is committed to working alongside each client through their talent acquisition process and helping candidates find their next life-changing role.

As well as being a husband and father of two boys, Shannon loves all sports, cooking, wine and chocolate – but not necessarily in that order.

Currently based in a charming and vibrant city  in the central Visayas region of the Philippines, Megan enjoys the perfect balance of professional drive and a relaxed, beautiful environment. When she’s not focused on finding the right candidates, she is a devoted mother of one and loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She’s passionate about traveling, exploring new places, and enjoying the beach, which allows her to recharge and experience life’s beautiful moments.
